IMPRESS How it Works

Remember every order you place online saves you two trips to our store

Easy as 1 - 2 - 3 - 4

1. Log into your secure account or click 'Create Account', place your order and state your preferred collection time. Returns are usually within 3 working days of the order placed. Alternatively call our order hotline on 1850 211 693. Payment can be made by debit/credit card. There are no delivery or collection charges.

2. Put your items in the IMPRESS bag provided (or your own bag for first time orders).

3. An IMPRESS driver will collect the bag from you on your requested slot.

4. Your garments will be brought directly to our premises where they will be professionally cleaned. The driver will bring them back to you on the scheduled delivery day.

Its that simple!
