1. When will my garments be collected and delivered?
For home customers, pick up and delivery times are between 6.30pm and 8.30pm Monday to Friday evenings and 12.30pm - 3.30pm Saturdays. Our lead time is 3 working days to deliver your garments back to you. Garment Alterations and special care items may take an extra day or two. If this is th case we will contact you to advise you of same. Corporate Customers pickup and delivery times operate from 9.00am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Each corporate customer will have specific days assigned for collection and delivery as we roll out the service.

2. Is there a minimum order and minimum price?
There is no minimum order quantity. We will come and pick up - even if its just one tie.
There is a minimum charge of € 10 per order. Corporate customers are exempt from minimum charge.

3. What is the cut off time for orders to be picked up the next day?
We will process orders received on our system up to 12 midnight and these will all be picked up the next day.

4. How do I make payment for the service?
All payments are processed securely online. Payment can be made by Laser or Credit Card.

5. Where are my clothes taken to be cleaned?
All garments are taken to our state of the art dry cleaning plant in Rochestown, Cork City. Here our experienced staff will process all garments to the highest standards.

6. Do you cover all areas?
It is our objective to roll out the service across the entire Cork City and County region. We are adding new areas of cover as quickly as we possibly can. If we are not currently in your area please email us to register your interest in our service and we will prioritise additional areas on demand.
